The organisation of the Aalsmeer Indoor EBT - Karin Cup is proud to announce the 5th edition of this spectacular international beach handball tournament, organised by beach handball club Hiekka Hauskaa. From 27 to 29 December 2024, The Beach in Aalsmeer will once again be transformed into the largest indoor sand arena in the Netherlands, where 36 teams from home and abroad will compete for the coveted Karin Cup.

The three-day tournament is all about fast-paced action, sportsmanship and the festive atmosphere that makes beach handball unique. Besides the talent and strength of top international teams on show, there is plenty of room for sportsmanship and fun for spectators and participants. The tournament offers a great opportunity for young and old to experience this dynamic sport up close - and to get moving themselves. Admission is free, but a voluntary contribution is appreciated to keep the event further developed and accessible.
The Karin Cup is more than a sports event. The aim is to create an atmosphere where fun, fair play and challenge are central, and to actively involve the youth from the Aalsmeer and Haarlemmermeer region. Through the youth clinic, they will be given the opportunity to get acquainted with this growing sport. National teams play here for important points in the NK-tour, while international teams compete for qualification points for the European Beach Handball Tour (EBT) Finals, the European championship for club teams.
